This Primer aims to take you through every aspect in making maps for Cataclysm, everything is covered in detail. Perhaps in more detail than you really need, but happily the tutorial has been designed to take you through every aspect, dropping you off at various points in the primer to gain a full understanding of what is going on.

Homeworld:Cataclysm

This guide is based on the Barking Dog follow up to Homeworld, Homeworld: Cataclysm. The material does however, equally apply to the original release of Homeworld by Relic Entertainment. In fact this document is merely a heavily edited version of the HW Primer, rather than a complete rewrite. If you can map for Homeworld, you can Map for Cataclysm, they are indeed that similar.
