Creates a block of statements at are executed before time.

before() belongs in the eachFrame section of the EBG file. Statements in the before() block are executed on each frame (every 1/16 sec) until time seconds have elapsed. Be aware that statements in a before() block execute more than once. You may use as many before() blocks as you like in one file, and in whatever order you like. That is, an before(5) block can come after an before(6) block.
