Another effect for the Macross: Do You Remember Love? mod. The original fighter cannon muzzle flash was quite close to the effect the team wanted, so only minor tweaks were necessary. It looks much better in-game and animated than it does in these screenshots, and the download is only 2KB, so get it already!
Instructions
Unzip gunpod.zip into your Homeworld directory. Find the MediumEnergyCannon section of r2.script, and replace the FireEvent and BulletEffect lines with these:
