Phase 2

The Constitution "Phase 2" upgrade was the result of years of research to enhance the abilitys of an existing Constitution Class ship without having to resort to building a whole new class. With extensive modifications to the Shields, Weapons, Engines, and Hull Armour this ship is now 50% more powerful than the original Constitutions, and they still retain the same Explorer/Warship capabilitys of the originals, but now thier more powerful than the Federation Class dreanoughts. An improvement the Federation desperatly needed.
