Hirogen Vessel

The Hirogen mainly exist as a rumor. Over the years occasional sightings have been made of unidentified vessels on the edge of Federation space, however no formal contact has been made. Information from several Gamma Quadrant species have confirmed their existence, and their name.

Scans of Hirogen vessels show they have been built for speed and combat, however intelligence suggest that they are a race of hunters who pursue new trophies, rather than a major threat to the Federation. However, care should be taken if one of these vessels are encountered.
