Step 2
Open up the Wavefront OBJ file (test) in Crooks Wavefront converter and click convert. It should go from as many groups as you have used (in my case 42) to 1.
This is what it looks like before the convert.
After the conversion it looks pretty much the same but with it saying
Objects in file: 1.
