A straight action sketch, the beginnings of an engagement between Dominion and Federation forces. The focus of this image is the peregrine, even if it isn't really doing much. Note the Galaxy Class U.S.S. Missouri in the background.

One of the things that I thought was unfortunately neglected in DS9 was a depiction of Ground Battle sequences. Here, a federation soldier (in my own, heavily modified version of the "Hazard Suit" from Elite Force) looks around the corner at two Jem'Hadar solders emerging from their crashed attack fighter. A Klingon lies dead, crushed by debris, and another Federation soldier lies slumped against the wall, facing the Jem'Hadar.

This follows in the footsteps of "Hide and Seek." A Federation soldier, this time Bolian, looks for bad guys in dark corridors of an abandoned colony. Unfortunately, he forgot that Jem'Hadar soldiers have personal cloaking devices.
