Barking Up the Right Tree
Homeworld: Cataclysm developer to work on squad-based shooter.
November 29, 2000
- You've seen it posted on nearly every website in the world, you've heard the rumors, you've heard that the rumors are true, and you've heard that the truth is more than just rumors. Well we're here at IGNPC to tell you that we love us some rumors, we love us some truth, and the Barking Dog story is more than just a rumor, according to our sources.
You probably already read that though.
Anyway, so Barking Dogs Studios, creators of Homeworld: Cataclysm, will be working on a tactical shooter to be published by none other than Crave Entertainment. While meatier details are still unknown about the game, it looks so far to be a realistic squad-based combat title like competitors such as SWAT 3: Close Quarters Battle and Rogue Spear. Of course, you can always wait a couple of weeks and get the word straight from Barking Dog... but we know you won't.
